With over 15 years of experience as both an entrepreneur and a mom, I understand the unique challenges and rewards of creating life balance. I also spent 10 years running a wellness and empowerment martial arts studio, where I helped hundreds of families create more alignment with their values in day-to-day life.
Now, I guide my clients to achieve flow and freedom together, elevating their family lives and thriving at new levels. Informed by years of study in mindfulness practices, interpersonal and community mediation, systems organization, and the anthropological foundations of human wellness, my process harnesses the power of communication to create ease and flow.
I’m also a certified personal trainer, dance fitness instructor, musician, and a 5th degree black belt in Budo Taijutsu – you know, the typical combination 😉 I also share my passion for creating organized yet fluid frameworks to live a healthy, happy and vibrant life on the Cloud Dojo Channel.
