Mama Rising creates an anchoring container to design and implement a life that aligns with your values and brings your visions to life.  Here we share, connect, and walk together with practical, step-by-step guidance to help you reclaim presence, intentionality, and peace. We’ll work through systems to help you ground, revitalize, and move forward to thrive at a new level as a mom and family.

Format

5 Live Sessions + 8 Simple Video Modules

If you can’t make a live session, there will be video summaries, but I ask participants try to commit to attending at least 3 live to hold the container of the group.
