First Steps

The theme for the week is Planning Your Steps… and taking the first one. When faced with a huge challenge, sometimes the best thing to do is just take a moment and plan how you’ll start. But don’t spend too long planning – you’ve got to begin! That’s what this week is about.

Here are some ways to take those first steps this Spring:

2-3 year olds can start their martial arts journey with our 5 Week Itty Bitty Bu Series, starting May 3rd.

Folks of all shapes, sizes and abilities are starting a new fitness journey with the 21 Day GOBudo Fitness Challenge, starting April 22nd.

Beginners of all kinds can jump into martial arts and try out our Interested Students Workshop on May 17thImage.
